Homeopathic remedy for Pityriasis Alba:

Arsenicum Sulphuratum Flavum 6X Tablets.

Dosage: Adults : 2 tablets four times a day. Children : 1 tablet 3 times a day.

If it is not too severe, a simple moisturizer will work. Don't scratch it, you may infect it with bacteria under your fingernails etc and then you will have to use an antibiotic.
Keep it clean and use sunscreen on it when out.
If this is not enough, hydrocortizone is the next step to heal it.
