I'm starting to change my diet around by doing portion control, less junk food, more water and more fruit. I plan on getting a gym membership by the end of the month and my job requires a lot of walking. In order to achieve my weight loss goal by November, I would have to lose 1.6 lbs per week so I would like to know the best way to do that...thank you!

Two days ago i had nausea, yesterday I had a headache and today i woke up with a sore throat and a runny nose. Then my body started to ache and i felt like i had nausea. Then I had the chills and a fever and I felt like I was going to throw up. What do I have? And if anyone knows what to do to get better could you please let me know? I'm 18 and when I press in between my eyes, it makes a really weird clicking, squelching noise, and my ears hurt and throat hurt at the time. I went to an allergist and they did the scratch test on me, nothing came up, even the one that is supposed to! They said my skin doesn't react to it, so I had to have a blood test. Well I havn't gotten the results yet in the meantime, I am feeling horrible. It really bothers me when it happens, which is usually at night time. Even when someone is sitting near me, they can hear it themselves, so it's not in my head! Is there anything I can do to relieve this, and does this even sound like allergies? Thanks, everyone :)

Alright, well every so ofter i get this 10 second dizzy spell, i feel like i am about to fall over, and light headed and then its gone. i know as a fact i am not pregnant so its not high blood pressure, and i am not hypoglycemic..any ideas?

I had an injury to my ankle 5 years ago i had physical therapy for a couple months but since then on occasion i have this pain on the side of my foot it isnt that flat part that touches the ground its just a lil bit above that there is like a bone there that is the pain. like the past 3 days i mean terrible pain. pain to touch pain at night when i sleep numbness now . i push on it and it hurts but the hurt is good you know. i wrap it and it hurts too much. Also if i twist my foot the other way it gives some relief.???? so any ideas? does this have to do with the arch like can i buy something over the counter to put in my shoe to help or something ..this is crazy pain. I will be making an appointment tomorrow but any body have any thoughts or ideas until i can get into see my dr.

I cant wash my hair everyday because it gets very dried out, most girls I know experience the same problem, but since I have started exercising I have found that my hair is sweaty but still not dirty enough to be washed everyday, any advice?
