I cant wash my hair everyday because it gets very dried out, most girls I know experience the same problem, but since I have started exercising I have found that my hair is sweaty but still not dirty enough to be washed everyday, any advice?

I only wash my hair on the days I do cardio. When I lift I sweat less and can get away without washing my hair. If I am moderately sweaty after lifting I will usually just take a shower without getting my hair wet and then "dry" any part that is kind of sweaty...I know it sounds gross but I don't end up smelling if I do it this way. I have very processed hair and can not wash my hair every day either.

I try to avoid washing my hair in hot water everyday and even warm water because it dries your hair out. So, I wash with cold water because it does not take out the oils in your hair. Also, some people use Seabreeze or white vinegar (AND YES it smells, but the smell will go away eventually), anyhow, some women use that stuff to pour in their hair scalp to cleanse with a warm wet cloth. That is an way to clean your hair without fully washing it. Those products are used to kill the bacteria, sweat roaming thru your scalp without washing. Seabreeze alcohol for HAIR is an alcohol, but try to avoid using it everyday and only use it for scalp cleansing and not the hair because it is alcohol and that would dry ur hair out.

Use Selsun Blue moisturizing dandruff shampoo. So, when you do shampoo, it will get your hair as clean as possible and you can go longer without washing it. I do this right before I go to the hair salon so I can keep the improved look of my hair for a longer time.
