Lab work varies from person to person and varies with age as well.

Call your Doc, and have him explain the values.

For curiosity sake, check this site.

If your skin is yellowing, it has more to do with your liver that your CBC...yellow skin is jaundice...caused by your liver not filtering out the bad stuff like it's supposed to...check your blood work and see if you have a liver function panel (LFT) or Hepatic Panel (HP) or if you have something called a SMA 8 (or 12 or 18 or really any number) that test could also be called a Basic Profile or a Comprehensive Profile.....if you don't you need to call the doctors office immediately and get one done...I would ask for them both...the liver and the comprehensive...they include the same tests in both of them EXCEPT the Hepatic (liver) includes a bilirubin that isn't included in the other.....if any of the Liver functions come back abnormal, your doctor will (should probably) order and run a Hepatitis panel....you may have contracted that in the hospital or at a restaurant the jaundice has nothing to do with your loss...I am sorry for your loss....keep your head up!

Ask the doctor to explain the blood results to you. Yellow skin is not a good thing to have. It could be jaundice. Only your doctor can tell you what's going on and I would suggest calling asap. Of course if you have eaten a ton of carrots that can turn you yellow too. Sorry about the miscarriage BTW.

Ask your doctor to explain you.

Do not wait, do not get pregnant till you are normal and take doctors advice and use a kit for the purposes of conceiving.

It may be a type of Jaundice.

Dear friend,

Sorry to hear about this. But please do not wait for the answer through this. You should rush to the doctor who attended to your miscarriage with the lab reports and seek his/her advice for further course of treatment. I am sure you will be alright soon and do not repent on the loss! It was not meant for you and better luck next time. Take care pleeeease.

"Red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in His sight, Jesus loves the little children of the world." That's a song we sang in Sunday school. No wonder people think of Asians as yellow. I have been to Asia several times, and to Arizona, Mexico, and Polynesia. I have only seen white (or pink), black, and varying shades of brown.

Jaundice causes the skin, eyes, and nails to turn yellow.

Dear Sarah,

You saw all the replies. Did you gain any thing? Please, I repeat, please consult a good physician immediately. Your health is in a very vulnerable condition now plus your mental status also. Do not ignore. It will affect your future health. If you ignore your health now, you will have problem in future for conceiving.

Please take yourself to the emergency room and have them check this out. If your skin is yellow, chances are the whites of your eyes are, too. This is nothing that can be handled here, so please have someone drive you.

I'm so sorry for you loss. Take care of yourself, please.
