I have 2 diabetes patients in my family.. do i need to get 2 monitors..??? and is one touch ultra the best one in market today..? will the strips be available in india. if the strips doesnt check the blood the 1st time, can we used it again, immediately..?

will neurontin work for the pain described below ?

i have pain the covers one side of my body, from my head to my feet. It switches sides everyday. It is like a straight line through my body and one side is fine and the other is in pain.
. My back hurts, just everything on that side hurts, what does this sound like?

i've done MRIs and blood work and they all came back great! I've seen a lot of doctors and none could tell me what's wrong with me :S

I was just wondering whether you can still get ovarian cysts even if you're on / using the birth control pill? As far as I'm aware you don't ovulate while taking the pill, but if you missed pills due to sickness it could possibly make you ovulate again and can cysts then form?

about 3 months ago..........rite before i when i was just feeling my breast, i had to dig really really deep and it really didnt feel like anything but like a ribcage.. i found a lump on the sideof my right breast......(it was the side where my armpit was) anyways now when i feel it, its more outthere and i could feel it really easily...........it seemed to have grown i guess becuase i could feel it so much now.. but you cant tell by looking at it...........
its really hard too..and when i just checked my left one, it feels like how my right one felt like like 3 months ago.. (also, my right one is bigger that my left one) and im really scared
ive been looking online for answers.
and im 14 years old... im dont want 2 tell my mother or anyone so pleasee dont tell me too and also dont tell me to do 2 the doctors. please. becuase its not gona happen.so if you know info please tell me.
it also seems to get a little bigger when i lay down on my left side.it seems bigger on my period also

l have a tiny lump in the front of my neck. lts been there for the past 4 years, as at last year, its started increasing and still painless. l went to my doctor, he checked it and said its nothing to worry about. l so went to a laboratory centre to see if l can get a test done, the lab tech checked it and told me to remove my mind from there, thats its an innocent growth.
My problem now is that, since past 3days now, it has started to pain me and giving me slight headache and discomfort on my throat. pls what do you think???

When I lay down at night, I get these weird pressure like pains in my calves. During the day, I get teh same pains in my neck and arms. Ive tried searching online, but dont really know how to discribe it. It kinda like a rubberband has been tied around my legs or like someone is poking me really hard. I cant get into the doctor for a month and was just hoping its nothing serious.

My mom cheated on my dad and she ruined my whole family's life and my dad moved to dallas then he moved back because of me and my brother oh and i'm 12. now my moms new boyfriend is totally a pece of trash he is also cheating on his girlfriend and he already has a new born baby and my mom knows that but i wonder why she still talks to him on the phone(because he lives somewhere else) and sometimes i sneak into my mom's bedroom and look at all the text messages they sent to each other and pictures. i know all this stuff because of my dad and iam, thankful to have him my mom is always secretive!i hate she ruine d my whole family's llife! now i keep getting depressed and i cant eat or sleep and i keep thinking what is happening to me and my family.is this depression?

Been having it for about 4 yrs now. At first, it was light pain, now its become really bad, it hurts when i stand, sit, lie down or sleep on a different mattress. I suspect the primary cause for my pain is 4 yrs of carrying heavy books throughout highschool. I tried to avoid it, but in one of my schools, they never even had any lockers. So hear i am, only 18 yrs old, & my back is killing me. I've told my physicians about it, they've done X-rays, & found nothing. Well, it still hurts & it gets worse & worse. My doctors aren't even being helpful everytime i see them, cause they ignore it, they assume that just because my X-rays haven't shown anything, that there's no problem. & now i' m really stuck in a rut because, i was supposed to get an MRI done on my back, but my mom & i have a real bad relationship, & she's my sole financial provider, & she's refused to spend any money on my back problems. So i can't even see i doctor about it when i want to, or have any further diagnosti

On a recent travelling trip, i left all of my pills in a hostel [duh!] so i got some more in australia. In my last pill week i was on antibiotics and because i had no pills i had the pill free week which you arent supposed to do. I was given a new brand called Norimin [i used to take loestrin] which has the same ingredients in as the previous brand but now i am bleeding when i shouldnt be. I had a chlamidiya and gonorrhea test which came back negtive. Does anybody know why this could be? Did the antibiotics mess it up or is it the pill brand? Ive been on the pill for two and a half years.

IVE HAD UNPROTECTED SEX WITH MY BF. MY PERIOD IS ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS LATE. LAST NIGHT I WAS SLEEPING. OUT OF NO WHERE I WAS BLEEDING REALLY HEAVY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. SO I GOT UP AND CHANGED EVERYTHING. BUT THEN WHEN I WOKE UP THIS MORNING IVE BEEN HAVING THIS DARK BROWN THAT ISN'T REALLY HEAVY ANYMORE. WHAT CAN IT BE? AM I PREGNANT? OR IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY BODY? I MEAN I DONT FEEL ANY SYMPTOM OF A PREGNANT WOMAN. I MEAN IVE BEEN HAVING SOME BACK PAIN AND MY BOOBS HURT A LIL BIT. BUT THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN WHEN IM BOUT TO GET MY PERIOD. BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPEN. I MEAN HOW COULD I JUST BLEED ALOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND NO MORE FOR THE WHOLE DAY TODAY?

its real hard to explain but when i was younger i had an incident where i was playing with a box cutter and it slipped on the box and cut my left index finger. my mom called my uncle to rush us to the hospital, i sat in the backseat with it wrapped up and i clearly (to this day) remember the nurse cleaning it and the pain i felt and then the stitches i got afterwards. and i remember a time after that having the stitches. i remembered it so clearly cuz it was one of the major injuries ive had. well recently (im 21 now) i mentioned it to my mom and dad and they just looked at me like i was nuts. told me that never happened and i mustve dreamed it or something and they got a kick out of it. how can it be i remember it so well and have lived my whole life believing it was real when it wasnt? how could i know what the inside of an emergency room looked like to dream it if i had never been in one? (that wouldve been the only time until i was 17 for a broken ankle)

I think I have hayfever. For the last 2 weeks or so I've been waking up really exhausted even though I'm getting the normal amount of sleep I normally have. It's a real struggle getting out of bed. My eyes are puffy & swollen every morning. I think when this happened to me a few years ago, I was given antihistamine... Any suggestions/advice please?
