I have endometerosis, I have had many surgeries to clean up some of the scar tissue. In April I went in the hospital to have a laproscopy to clean up some endometerosis again, however this time I ended up losing my left ovary because of a cyst and I also had a cyst removed from my right ovary, because of the endometerosis, I also had some scar tissue removed ( what the dr. could get at). Now the gyno. and GP wants me to go on the depro needle or the Mirena IUD to help the endometerosis and so I won't get anymore cyst on my remaining ovary. I have taken the depro needle yrs ago, and I gained 20 pounds in a month and a half. So I am considering the Mirena, but I am looking for the opinion of other woman that have taken the Mirena. What side effects did you have? Did anyone have drastic weight gain? Look forward to your answers.

Well Ive been constipated which is getting kinda better.. had mucus and blood in stool or w.e.. and Constant nausea... or what feels like acid reflux... I have been eating a lot of fast food tho... hm.. What could it be? Please help... Im supposed to be taking Nexium but ive only took it once in a while.. Im gonna start taking it everyday... there the 40mg sample bottles.

After years of abusing myself with drugs and alcohol, I stopped and have returned to college and have a 4.0 GPA. I have a beautiful home and a new car to drive to feel safe. I have really turned my life around. Ok that is the good part. What I need advice on is this.....In order for me to become sober and concentrate on me, I had to eliminate the people I was hanging with and now have no one around to talk to. I have no family members and sometimes I feel like my head is going to explode when I just need someone to hear me and support me. The friends I do have live in different cities and most of them are all pregnant and are living their life. Where can I find support or what is a good place to meet others? Bars are the type of places I do not want to be around. Living sober is just new to me and I need ideas on positive things to do. Please help me so I can now find some sober people to be friends with. Thank you all.

I was dating my ex for about a year and a half, and I had always had the suspision that he might have been cheating, but I never had proof. So, as anyone would have done, I just tryed to think positive and let it go. Until one day I got a really painful sore in my genital area. The next day, I went to the doctor and he said that more than likely I had genital herpes, but he would send my results off anyways to make sure. Well about what seemed like a lifetime later, I got the results the next week. And it was not good. I cryed so much for about 3 months straight. So many things were running through my head, but all's I could think about was how could he have done this to me! I was so faithful to him, and I should have just went with my gut feeling about it. The doc said that you can start getting visable signs of genital herpes from 1 to 10 days of contact with it. So now I'm faced with the situation of telling everyone I date about it. Trust me its not easy. Can anyone relate??

Lately I feel like I've been looking good, My theighs have gone down, my arms have gotten smaller, my face is smaller. I'm 5'7 and I'm 124 lbs. I like to check every day, but that isn't something big i it? I watch what I eat, I try not to go over 800 calories a day, sometimes I'll have less, sometimes I'll have more, but lately I've been loosing weight, so I've been pushing it as best i can. I don't puke at all....


But my mom is saying more and more "Just make sure you dont become anorexic." And here I am thinking, what's so bad about it? Can you become anorexic? I just don't get it, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, I'm loosing weight, I have my journal, I have my thinspiration, people who I want to look like one day, but does that mean I'm sick? I don't see how it's sick! My dads been saying it lately, and now my friends say I don't eat! I do, but just in moderation...

Idealy I want to be 115 lbs or so...and I don't think I'm that far away...

What do you guys think?

Sometimes I worry I have bipolar disease. I don't have serious mood swings. I'm happy most of the time, and every once in a while I go into these really sad/depressed moments where I don't want to be around anyone and I just cry. These last for a few days, and then I'm happy again. But when I'm happy I'm not crazy happy, just normal. It's just when I'm sad I get really sad and everything bothers me and makes me cry. I know people with bipolar and their symptoms are a lot more aggressive then mine. But is it possible to have a minor case of bipolar? Or does anyone know what could be wrong? Or is this normal?

People are always getting emotional, it's making me sick. I do anything I want, because I don't care if I die, I'll die anyways. I'm never emotional, love is only a word. Feelings only get in the way for me. I'm violent and greedy. But I don't want to change. I acknowledge that I'm not normal, but I like being this way. I have no fear, pretty much.

I'm very narcissistic and nasty to everyone, at least that's what I've been told. I just think I'm being a realist. I don't have many negative influences, really, so I have no reason to be mean. In my eyes, I can control anyone, however I want to. Especially if they have any visible flaws.

This is bad, no doubt. At least, to alot of people it's bad.
I want to know if this is a disorder.
A real disorder, something I can't fake for attention.

Send me some tests, but don't explain what the disorder might be. And don't tell me to "go to a therapist". I'm not going to do it.

i'm on the birth control called yasmin. i was wondering whether it would make a big diffference if i completely skipped the last pills. Seriously.. I got up at 7am today, went to court until 2pm, came home and layed down for an hour and picked up my neice.. ran around with that little devil until 9:30pm and felt absolutely fine. I took a 30 minute nap and woke up and my throat is killing me, im FREEZING (seriously its soooo cold...), my head is freakin pounding, and i keep gettin the goosebumps and they feel like needles goin in me.. And i have a temp. of 100.2F (i know thats not bad but still). All of this happened right after a 30 minute nap.. I dont get it!! I think im dying....
