i'm not talking about terrets, but like when someone blows down your back and u shake for about 3 seconds. well i get that about 5 times a day when there's not even a breeze or anything behind me, people give me weird looks cuz of it.
And NO, i don't have a twitching problems.

Maybe you have an iron-deficiency, that's one of the things that can cause the shivers.

you might have a circulation problem, or just nervous. if you had a circulation problem, i'd think more like you'd be cold all the time, not just a shiver once in awhile. so maybe nerves. dress a little warmer or bring a coverup when you go out.

I heard that you might shiver if you don't sleep well.
