By "pin pols" I assume you mean pimples? This will clear up even the worst acne.... get some natural uncooked honey (local if possible). Apply some to the affected area and leave it on for 20 minutes then shower it off. Do this once a day. You will be amazed how it heals your skin! This works for any kind of skin eruption or burn or cut or wound. With a wound or bad burn, cover the area with honey and then with a bandage and just leave it on till you change the dressing.

Hi:
You'll want to detoxify your system, understand that your skin is another way your body eliminates waste. You don't have to do anything major to detoxify, sometimes I use herbs but I've also just refrained from eating certain things for a few days to cleanse my system.
Consider what you eat, thing such as fried foods, oily foods, eating high amounts of sugar or sugar filled products.
Eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and keep fried foods to a minimum. I still have problems with mild acne from time to time, but I now know how to control since I'm familiar with what causes flare ups. So pay attention to what you eat & find positive ways to handle stress (also can cause pimples)--consider exercise
Very Important: drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water/day & limit soft drinks or fruit juices (your body won't miss these things), sometimes flare ups are hormonal. Try reading up on alternative solutions too. If you need extra help try Gary Null he has a book called Get Healthy Now. I've read this and other books by him.
One tea I like to drink is Sarsaparilla, I've drank it off & on since I was a teenager to help with pimples (it's known for cleansing the blood), the brand I use is by Alvita.
Hope you find this helpful.

start with cleanser and wash your face when you wake up and before you go to bed, then use a toner or refresher, to help clean out the pore next use a light oil free moisturizer if you use the stage one toner/freshner by mary kay for sensitive skin you wont even need a moisturizer but you will need a good facewash and nutrogena has great face wash but also stay away from astringent is is very bad it is not the same as a toner or refresher, it will say astringent on the bottle, DONT buy that it will dry out your skin and is very bad, avon has toners as well that are really good, take care!

Do you mean "pimple"?
If they are really bad go to a dermatologist.
Also, a lot of people use Proactive and love it. I used to put peroxide on a q-tip and dab it on mine, but I only had them on my chin and forehead.
Also, consider what you are using on your skin that may be irritating it. Somethings to consider are:
*Changing your make-up to hypoallergenic. I use Bare Minerals. Awesome stuff.
*Change what you are using to wash your face and wash it a.m. & p.m.
*If you sleep on your stomach, change your sheets once a week.

Proactive has worked so good for me. Not only do they get rid of them they keep them from coming back.

One kid found out that if he rubbed bacon grease on his acne areas, face and back, his dog would lick him. Pretty soon all his acne was gone. When it came back he would repeat it. It always worked perfectly. It was a Weimeraner. She loved to lick.
