i dont think im fat, but i would like to have a toned body will that help??

Definitley, especially if you are consistent and continue to challenge yourself with the exercises. Pillates is designed specifically for tonning the body, and the specific order and way the exercises are done will make a difference. Besides, it's a lot of fun!

Definately!! Pilates is great! I've been taking my mat Pilates class once a week for the last few months and have seen a great improvement in my core muscles (the core muscles are your abs in case you didn't know). Just make sure you do the moves correctly, ask questions if you don't know what you're doing, and always suck your stomach in, it'll help work those muscles!
