This happens to both males and females and also when attracted to other things (chocolate, good looking car, nice shoes). Pupils also dilate when emotions, good or bad are high.

Both male and females pupils enlarge. It is to let more light in and get a better look at the thing they like.

That happens for both sexes. Also, younger people generally have larger pupils then older people.

it could just be that when you look at things your eyes get bigger/smaller depending on the detail? maybe that's it but i don't know love makes you 'drunk' it clinically proven. drunk peoples eyes are dilated
