If you eat a cereal bar before a blood test the glucose levels will be much higher than normal. They recommend a fast of at least 8 hrs before bloodwork when looking at bloodsugar. I know, I once failed 3 tests in a row because nobody mentioned the fast to me. If they are telling you they are too high, mention to them that you ate somethng right before the test. 115 is not high. Normal is between 80 - 120.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Ya went to the doctor, he will tell ya if you have diabetes. Blood sugar level of 115 is not bad at all. I went to the doctor when I was pissing like a horse, felt really tired all the time and my blood sugar level was 587...they threw me in the hospital. Nevertheless, consult your doctor, he will let you know your condition. Good Luck!

No, that isn't diabetes until you get retested again. As from what I know your not suppose to eat or drink anything until the test is over. I think you stop eating and drinking at 6 pm until you get the test finished. And if the doctor says its high it could be diabetes I am not sure, because I am not a doctor.

You should have been scheduled for a retest already with dietary rules, or for a glucose tolerance test.
FOLLOW THE RULES YOU ARE GIVEN! They are there for a reason!

115 would only be moderately high if you were fasting. You weren't fasting.. so that isn't high. But if you don't go in fasting they don't know what your sugar is actually doing.
