There's some disgusting warts on my hand! They're small right now, they're about the size of the top circle of this 8, and I heard that getting rid of them could take a long time. What works? I don't care how much it hurts, as long as it works QUICK!

Here is a simple and inexpensive home remedy that many people have used to remove warts in one week:

Each night before going to bed soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, apply it to the wart and then hold it in place with a band-aid. Leave it on all night, or if you like, 24 hours a day but change the soaked cotton and band-aid each evening for a week.

The wart will swell and throb a little as it reacts with the vinegar and then start to turn black (usually with a white ring around it) within the first two days and after a week or two will fall off by itself.

Check the reference below for many recent testimonials.

There's all kinds of over the counter wart removers, or - put some Duct Tape on them and wait a few days!

you can get a professional to do it = they will likely freeze them and it will be expensive. you can go to WalMart and buy the freezing agent yourself. it does hurt, and there is still a chance the warts have already spread and so more will come up, but it should get rid of those you already have.

Use one of those new spray wart removers you can get at the store. They work well and will freeze it off.

stop playing with frogs. They actually have band-aids with wart medication in them. My son has used them, & says it`s not painful. I also believe there`s a product you can buy otc that will freeze them off, but is more costly.

My Mom used clear nail polish it took a while but if you don't have the money for pros or the store bought stuff. I would do that it worked.

i apply Duofilm for a few days until it's gone. the salicylic acid content slowly burns it away and it's not painful.
