It is true that milk can flush away consumed fats provided that it is warm. Any beverage when drink warm can flush away fats that you have consume while you're eating. It was advised by medical experts that a person who had a greasy meal needs to drink warm beverage such as tea, coffe, milk or warm water alone after eating.

Milk or any other beverage is broken down by the body as 'food' and not drink. In other words, the body sees it as a food source so it will process and store it as a food source. If you have a glass of water and put lemon into it for flavor, the body will not process it as water but as lemonade. Plain water is the best flusher of any drink and is the one your body recognizes the most as essential for cleansing. Be sure to drink it straight from the tap or room temperature for the best effect on your system. Ice cold water isn't absorbed as easily into your system. Also, fat doesn't make fat because it is alreay fat and usually it just passes through your system. What gets you fat is starches and sugars because the body stores them for fat. This type of fat is best flushed with water.
