In combination with my yoga exercises, will this be adequate exercise to help keep me in shape?

I spent the better part of 3 years during and after my freshman year of college severely depressed and experimenting with different medications with my doctor. I remember things that happened during that time, but not as clearly as things from before the depression. It may have been the meds, but I think it was the depression. Anyone else?

I pulled back on a cart to hard earlier because it was kind of stuck & it went over my big toe & oh my god it hurt so so so bad : ( now my toenail like under the nail its got a light purple tint and at first it was bleeding it from the side then it started to bleed all over. It stopped awhile ago ( the bleeding ) but omg it hurts ... I put some peroxide on it.

Has this happened to anyone before, any suggestions ideas information for me on this toe issue.

And what caused it to bleed?

I'm uncircumcised but I have a short foreskin. How can I lengthen it so that it will cover my glans when soft? Currently it covers abt half to 3 quarter of the glans when soft, depending on the weather. It used to cover only slightly more than 1 quarter, but after stretching my foreskin for like 1 year plus it's getting longer now. How can I make the process faster and how to make sure it stays over my glans as it is not as "elastic" as other longer foreskin...

When i was a kid my father bought a baby gorilla and told me that every day i would have to lift him and carry his weight for thirty minutes, he explained how it would make me strong without realizing it i could gradually be able tpo lift more and more. well it worked i am now forty and t he gorilla weighs over two tons, my arms are about three feet around and my legs huge. But lately the silver back mountain gorilla seems a little anoyed with this daily practice. when ever i pick him up he puts his hands over my eyes so tight i can't remove them until i put him down. Do i have a problem?

First off, let me say I'm a man and I'm not a woman.

I feel as though there is some pain on my left nipple. It's not very painful but I want to know what it is.

When I squeeze my nipple I feel as though as if there is a small rock, or a ball in side of it.

I am having sharp pains in my vagina, like a contraction. No discharge. I haven't had sex for months and I haven't had my periods for about 7 months, though I have had a pregnancy test to be on the safe side, it was negative. So what could it be? I am tired and feeling like I have no energy. The pain is like short and sharp. Any ideas please?

I've had really embarrassing acne for several years. I am 17 years old. I've tried everything from Proactiv, Murad acne complex, to meds my family doctor, and dermatologist had given me. Right now i am on 2 creams my derm has prescribed they are Benza Clin and Tretinoin cream.She told me that if i didnt see results in 2 weeks that is wasnt going to work at all for me.She mentioned Accutane as something to try after this, but said i'd have to go on birth control. I told her i wasnt having sex, so i could get pregnant. She said i would have to anyway. If i get accutane, and have to go on Birth control, what do you have to do to get BC? I live with my dad, and i am the only girl, where would i have to go for it, an obgyn? that would be humiliating because I LIVE WITH MY DAD, is this something i could get on my own w/o dad? So anyways, i am thinking of calling my derm to see if she give accutane, i need a quick fix, b/c i have acting offers in L.A. and dont need this acne problem. thanks.

Ok so Im addicted to the internet. Im up till like 4 every morning on myspace or talking to people or looking for people to talk to. Im seriously addicted and I cant stop. At 2 25 when i say ill go to bed i just keep pushing it 15 min further until the sun comes up. I go to sleep really late or really early in the morning and end up getting up at like 1pm it really screws up everything! I know your thinking just TURN IT OFF!! But its not that easy for me. That constant urge in my head that keeps saying "just 15 more min" too put yourself in my shoes its like either continue with the inter net or sigh... shut off... get upp put computer away... brush teeth.. get ready for bed.. sit in bed and try and fall asleep for like an hour... so i choose internet. I CANT STOP!! please help. thanks

I used depo from November 2006-July 2007. I haven't used birthcontrol since.

I got my usual "montly" around July 4th, and it lasted about a week, but then it started again July 17th, and it's been constant since. My normal periods only last about 2-3 days, and they are generally very light.

I'm very worried, but I don't have a doctor.

Also:: I haven't had sex since Early July/End of June.

My period has always been regular, like clock-work. Never had anything weird happen between periods. I have only had 1 sexual partner in my life, and I am his only one as well (so that rules out any STIs). We have sex at least 3 times a week. This month, two days after my period was over, I began having a discharge which included some brown stuff (like how it is at the beginning of a period). However, that started about 6 days ago and is still happening.... The amount is not decreasing or increasing. What in the heck might this be? There is no pain or discomfort, no itching, no burning, no nothing. Just the discharge. I don't want to go to the doctor if I don't absolutely have to.

I am a 32 yr. old female, I am suffering from depression, and a lung disorder. I do smoke, but only half a pack a day, I am trying to quit. For 6-8 months now, I have been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices. They have done a CT scan on me, and have found nodules all over my lungs, I just got a Bronchoscopy and Biopsy done, and they took a tissue of my lung, which I recommend anyone, never get one of these done. I do have anti-anxiety medication, and depression medications, but because of my lung condition I can't take them. Doctor says my breathing problem is not anxiety related, he says there might be an infection, or something worse.
Everday, every minute I am gasping for air, or yawning alot, I do have also some sleep problems, which might be from my lung condition, and my depression combined. My White Blood Cell Count is at 12,000 which is high. They've mis-diagnosed me with TB, which I didn't have, and some people on here, keep saying its my anxiety, which it isn't.
