Because of the severity of the cramps I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think could be causing this.
I suffer from endometriosis and one of the things I tend to have problems with whenever it acts up is not only the unbearable pain but the nausea.

There are several methods to improve quickly and naturally eye sight.
To know how to do that you can find here a complete method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price ( http://improve-vision.kyma.info )
I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above, for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight.
We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight.
I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years.
The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading.
I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

Your blood pressure seems normal...although high blood pressure can cause headaches. I got really bad headaches towards the end of my pregnancy and my doc just dismissed it as migraines. Nothing helped except lying down in a dark, quiet room, with a cold wash cloth over my eyes. If you feel like she's not concerned enough, i'd get a second opinion. You could even talk to your reg doc about it and just let him know that you're pregnant.

These are all non-specific signs, so a consultation with a physician is in order. You could have kidney stones, intestinal problems, or uterine problems. If you are having kidney stones, you might notice bloody urine (but probably not; it usually does not bleed that much), dark/concentrated urine, or very little urine. In any of these events, get help immediately because your ureter could be blocked, leading to hydronephrosis (swelling of the kidney, possibly permanent kidney damage). See a urologist specializing in stones.
If you are experiencing altered bowel movement patterns, it could be an intestinal. See a gastroenterologist.
Otherwise, the problem is most likely in the genitourinary tract. Follow up with gynecologist. Because of the entire constellation of symptoms, it is less likely to be a back problem, but still possible. But the others are generally more severe and should be considered.

It could be a number of things. Talk to the gyno. It could be anything from severe pms to endometriosis. Consider taking birth control if you don't already. Birth control will regulate your periods as well as shorten them and it will also reduce the symptoms of pms.
