We really don´t know what to do to prevent pain on her, so basicaly we need advices to do it painless and with pleasure.

I am not trying to get preggie but i had a real rough month and forgot like three pills consecutively at least 3 times out of this month. i am on on yasmin, so my period comes on the EXACT same day every month as it has been for a year. however this month it didn't come until tuesday evening, and when it came it was really dark, non-flowing and not enough to fill out a sanitary napkin. this is highly unusual. can anyone tell me if they went through something similar and what was the prob?

Ok, So almost two years I moved away from my home town and it was about 6 months into my anxiety disorder, but at the time I had no problems with traveling. For the last year travel has been impossible, I even tried it back in march, and it is only a 6 hour drive from where I live now to where I used to live. I got 2 hours away from my destination and freaked out and had to get my bf to turn the car around and take me home. BUT tomorrow I have an opportunity to go up there for a week but am so scared I am going to go through this panic again this time. any tips to help me get there? also I have som pretty weird stomach problems due to stress and anxiety and I keep thinking that I am going to get up there but I am going to end up really sick and unable to come home, because I am terrified of the car when my belly starts acting up. ughhh

ive had life very hard all the way with trauma and abuse, bullying and victimization throughout high school..never made any friends in life..was sexually abused at 3..my mental health problems started at 16 as a result of prolonged bullying through three different high schools and not being able to mix to.
im 30 now and recentley been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, from my understanding is tough to treat to, i have very low moods constantly, a chronic rage problem where i cant even go outside and live my life for fear of having an outburst.
i live alone in an apartment on welfare,no friends, cept quite alot on the internet, never had a girlfriend. i feel extremely lonely and isolated..even ostracized...damn..feel sorry for myself...feels like im hovering over a dark void/abyss of no known return.a black hole.
then i browse myspace profiles and see everyone grinning, smiling, huge ridiculous grins, enjoying their lives.
someone tell me how this is fare?

I read good things about amino acid chelates too. How do you rate these? Are they worth the extra money?

My bone density is terribly low (65% of my age class, I'm a 40 y old male), and I'm already having a small fracture on the "plateau tibial" that's lingering. So I'm tempted by exceeding the recommended dosage (on which, by the way, my doctors don't seem to agree, ranging between 1 to 2 grams a day). Would increasing the dosage speed up the reconstruction and my overall density? What are the risks of taking too much calcium? Or would the extra calcium just be eliminated?

I was out of town and i had lost my bc. i could not get ahold of my dr to fax a prescription to a pharmacy close to me. (it was during our county fair and my dr has always closed wed thur and fri fair wk she uses it as a vacation i guess) anyways I finally got it but I haven't taken it since last Tue. Sun. started my new cycle so I know exactly where I am as far as that goes. Should I just pick it up where I'm at (rather than where I left off)? also, how long until I can quit using a second bc method and its safe to be sexually active just on the pill?

I recently came down with PVC's (Premature Ventricular Contractions), which means my heart skips beats every now and then. This happens off and on throughout the day and is especially prominent at night. Also, it is accompanyied by an abnormally fast heartbeat (around 90 beats per minute while resting)--this typically lasts all day, even when I wake up in the morning. It feels uncomfortable at times and I wanted to know if this is life threatening. Does anyone else here have this?

BTW...I'm a male and only 21 years old.

I have asthma and i have an undiagnosed chest infection the last couple of weeks i havent been to a doctor because i havent had the time but i am going tommorow. I cant stop coughing and i am very wheezy what could happen if you dont do anything about a chest infection and just leave it? Would it just clear up by itself or could it cause an asthma attack i am just wondering because i wasnt going to go to a doctor and just let it clear up.
