First time intercourse can be painful for a woman.
The pain is less if she is fully aroused and lubricated.
This happens naturally with foreplay.
You say you are both scared and it is the first time for both of you.
I would recommend you wait, as fear will lower her arousal and make it MORE painful!
Stick with heavy petting for a while, you will learn what arouses each other, but make sure you have condoms handy because when you are both ready, you don't want to be risking pregnancy and disease just because you didn't think it was going to happen.
BTW, the best male lovers are the ones who are considerate of their partners, so you are on the right track!

I was a virgin when I had sex with my fiance. He had had sex with two other women, so he was more experienced. He had me get into a position that was really very more comfortable than missionary was at the time. I laid on my back with my legs curled and brought in close to my body. But this may not be comfortable for you. If you're expecting fireworks the first time-don't. It takes many times to get it right especially since both of you are virgins. I would just remember to talk during it the first time and be open about what you do and don't like. If you can't talk about it, then you'll never get it right. Also you may want her to use some lubricant to ease the pain. Have fun.

The first time is great, but then again not so great...you are both uncomfortable and nervous....Just make sure you do alot of foreplay...not just say lets go! Be gental and communicate with her. If she is feeling uncomfortable as if you could do anything to make her feel better. Ask her basic questions like: does she want to do it with the lights on or off..(I would recommend on)!! Make sure you are using proper protection and know what you are getting yourself into...A relationship usually changes after you have sex....not for the worse or anything...its just different....Also she probably won't have an orgasm the first time either...so don't feel bad if she doesn't....GOOD LUCK!!

Well while it is a beautiful experience, you and your girlfriend
should wait, look in to maybe going to marriage conuseling
before you give away a precious gift once it's gone it's gone. If you and this girl breakup for any reason then there's a part of yourself that gose to. I know this dosen't sound like what you, But saving your virginity for that special someone who wants to be marry to you means you get to keep on having first times

The first time for a girl is always painful but you can make it easier for her by making sure there's plenty of lubrication.
1st make sure you're both relaxed and comfortable with what you guys are about to do, if not STOP and wait, relaxtion is one key to making it easier.
2nd make out ALOT, get really turned on, dont get straight into it, enjoy the time you're spending together cause this is a special moment for both of you's.
3rd give her alot of attention with your hands, make her really horny and finger her a little and even go down on her, make her as wet as possibly can and stretch her hole down there too so its able to be prepared for whats coming.
4th start off with one finger inside her than gradually making it two and maybe three if she's comfortable enough.
5th make sure you both want to continue with the proceedings and if not than STOP and repeat the 4 steps again.
6th use protection, use a condom and make sure it's lubed up too (the more lubrication the easier it'll be on her)
7th decide whether she'd find it easier on top or whether it'd b easier for you on top to glide urself in.
8th go slowly and easy, if it becomes too much for her and she wants to continue another time STOP, dont force it in.
Good luck and everything wit your future plans and have fun doing it, if you's arnt having fun dont continue until your both relaxed and everything.
No matter what she will feel pain and will most likely bleed so make her feel real special and make her as horny as you can because in the long run it will be easier on her

First, relax.
Everyone goes through this....and I do mean everyone!
For the pain....well, there's not much you can do about that.
Use a lot of lubrication.
Insert your fingers in her first.
Have her take an Advil half and hour before.
Enter her slowly and gently.
Have her on top of you so she can lower herself down onto you at her own pace.
That's about all you can do!
And remember....sex is fun, akward at times, and a learning experience for the both of you. Don't expect it to go smoothly!

well it's going to hurt her anyway so you just have to keep that in mind and try to be really gentle and listen to her and make sure she'll tell you when it hurts.
