You need to see a uroligist, there is something other doctors are missing. It really sounds like UTI.

My son always gets urine infections after having taken antibiotics due to having too small a urethra to flush out and therefore cleanse the medication from the body by drinking plenty of water. He makes sure he drinks a lot of gatarade and cleanses the area after taking his time urinating. Perhaps you too have a small urethra? What did your urologist say?

i would just get the physical exam. it honestly wasnt that bad when they swabbed my vagina to test for a yeast infection. it took about 10 seconds for the actual test and more time for her to set up for it. it didnt hurt. they probably have had to do this with someone on their period or might have an alternative type of test besides urine and physical. maybe blood work?

im not too familiar with that. it sounds like you've tried to treat the usual culprits... i would see a uriologist - a doctor specializing with problems in that area of the body. sorry that's all the advice i have. good luck and god bless

if you have been taking antibiotics, chances are its thrush. Go chat to your pharmacist - easily cleared but must be done!
