If it is noticeably much lower, it could indicate scoliosis, or a curvature of the spine. Scoliosis is a relatively common problem among teenage girls in particular, and it is necessary to correct the curvature with either a back brace or surgery.

If it's only a little bit lower, don't worry- nobody is perfectly symmetrical. Either way, next time you go for a physical, mention it to a doc.

My doctor thought I had it...got an x-ray and mine was so minor. I am 13 so I am not yet grown so it can get worse. If it got a lot worse then I'd have to get a backbrace. Scoliosis is in your back which could effect uneven shoulders...you'll just have to see.

I think a lot of people have problems like this. Not everything on your body is like 100% perfectly symetrical. I wouldn't worry about it unless it like hurts you or something. Maybe bring it up at your next check up at the doctors if it still bothers you.

It sounds like a curvature in your spine. Check it out with your doctor.

Everyone does! Its just more noticable on some than others, just like no two eyes are totally symetrical, or no two boobs identical size!!

I dont see how it is, my left leg is longer than my right. There's no big deal there either. Its nothing to worry about.
