I tried Xenadrine EFX and it really doesn't do anything except make you jittery UNLESS you work out after you take the pills! If you do not work out and just expect the pill to get you to lose weight you will get dizzy and nauseated and jittery.
I used it while working out and lost 1 pound in one month, and gained a pound another month, and lost two pounds yet another month.
NOT using the pill, and working out, I lost two pounds one month, gained one another month, lost one another month, etc.
IMO the pill won't really help you. You need to eat healthier.

Xenadrine is just like all the other workout pills. It's supposed to give you energy to help you burn calories to lose weight. I'm not sure how the newer versions are, but the older one that contained ephadren, would make my heart race like crazy, to the point that it would make me really nervous. And that was after taking just one pill, not even the full dose. It's reasons like that that make me not risk taking pills like these. That and the fact that I know a guy who was taking Stacker 2's like they were candy, and ended up in the hospital at the age of 24, with a heart attack. He quickly learned his lesson and stopped taking the pills after that.

All diet pills are pretty much the same, they load them with caffeine and things that rev up your heart so that your body is over worked, sometimes they even have diuertics in them. The odds of you loosing any weight on them are small, and if you do loose weight, you will put it right back on once you stop taking the pill since the pill is overworking your body. I highly recommend never taking any diet pills because I once took Stacker II for about 2 weeks and have since seriously damaged my heart. I get palpataions, trouble breathing, etc. and yes before you ask, IT WAS EPHEDRA FREE. These kind of pills are toxic and people like me are working to get them off the market.

Hey , My thinking like most of people ’s : low fat, low calorie, low carb are diet food . I try very hard , the problem is they are too strict and to hard to follow for me , I am tired and disappoinment. Things didn’t change until one of my friend told me about the diet solution program , It really really worked for me , I am very happy to find a way to keep fit meanwhile enjoy my delicious food now . Just let you know , maybe this is something which could be right for you . Good luck!
