When I lay down at night, I get these weird pressure like pains in my calves. During the day, I get teh same pains in my neck and arms. Ive tried searching online, but dont really know how to discribe it. It kinda like a rubberband has been tied around my legs or like someone is poking me really hard. I cant get into the doctor for a month and was just hoping its nothing serious.

Probabl not serious, could be as simple as bad circulation. But your doctor would need to test you to tell for sure.

In the meantime, try using heat pads, taking a warm bath, this should help. If it gets worse before you can see your doctor, you should go to the ER.

Who can say for certain what these pains are due to? I have similar pains in my extreme ties and it was diagnosed as idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. Who knows if you have the same thing? Only a neurologist who can test your extreme ties with a probe and take readings on the nerve endings electrical currents can you know for sure where you stand. I surely hope that you do not have peripheral neuropathy because it can be a very painful experience and as time goes on it generally becomes worse. There are medicines that can help to some degree but I am not going to get into it at this time. I am not a doctor and so I cannot make a diagnosis based upon a letter on the Internet. Even if I were next to you at this time I could not make a diagnosis. This one is a tough one to diagnose without taking the proper tests. Who knows, your problem may be completely different.
That is why we go to doctors.

This sounds like something with relation to pinched nerves. You mentioned that you can't get in for a month to see the doctor but I would recommend calling back to let them know again how much these symptoms bother you and that you can't wait a month to be seen.
