No, those types of tests aren't normally ordered at a checkup. If you or your doctor suspects that then there are some cancer markers that can be ordered, but they are specialty tests that are only performed when asked for.

It is possible that testicular cancer can be diagnosed by a blood test, although this is not completely reliable. Some men with testicular cancer (but not all) have raised levels of proteins called tumour markers. There are three main tumour markers found in men with testicular cancer:
Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)
Human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG)
Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)
70-80% of patients with testicular cancer will have raised tumour markers. Most men will not have a diagnosis made purely on a blood test - they will usually have an ultrasound scan as well.
If you have symptoms that are causing you concern, then you should see your family doctor (GP). Your doctor will examine you and can then refer you to your local hospital for tests if necessary.

No but the PSA blood test is an indicator for it and usually is included in rec. check ups after age 40? or so. No reason not to request it. It's the only test I know of that can catch it in time and is common

If you suspect that you may have a problem, see a doctor immediately. My brother didn't and ended up dying unnecessarily at age 32. There are treatments, if it is caught early.

hi, it starts off off with a lump possibly a small lump in case you seize it early sufficient and then in case you do no longer examine your self down there then you certainly ought to no longer seize it and then it's going to be too previous due then. Sorry yet i think of adult adult males could continually examine themselves reguarly or maybe after having a bath. and examine themselves as quickly as each week, after which you will understand in case you have a lump or no longer. yet whilst your not sure notwithstanding if or no longer you have chanced on a lump down there then goto your scientific expert and tell him/her to analyze for you. yet you certainly are not getting discomfort or bleeding interior the penis, and you do not get abdomen soreness. you do no longer understand its there till one time you get an itch and you circulate and sense the lump, and it has probable been too previous due. yet please do keep on checking your self reguarly.
