I'm sooo sorry to hear how hard things are for you right now. I'm very glad that you have such a wonderful dad. Many kids don't like their moms or dads so you're really lucky to have him. I hope you tell him that.In a little while you will be able to eat and sleep better but right now you're a little depressed. Don't worry. It's very common. All of my friends and I have gone through a time where we don't eat or sleep as much and it always passes so you'll be fine. I hope you tell your dad about it and ask him if he thinks a doctor would help like a psychologist. If there's a teacher you like at school then maybe when you go back you can talk to him or her about your feelings as well.E-mail me if u want and you're gonna be just fine.Guess what!!!Kids that have a hard childhood have a MUCH happier adulthood so as you get older everything will get a lot easier OK? It took a lot of strength for you to type what you did. Good job.I'll pray for you tonight.

Dear Negest.
Here's what I would do. Try an realize hat we have negative thoughts, but we're not negative thoughts, we only have them. Make your song about depression a happy one. As people we have to devlope our own life and we only want happy thoughts in it, wouldn't you agree?. Forgive you parents as they are like most parents, only more on the surface, immature emotionally. At 12 you can't get counseling on your own, but maybe the folks would pay, wanting to fix things. Parents should teach emotional Intelligence, anyway, so here's a website, trans4mind where you can download a free ebook called "Emotional Intelligence" by Stephan Shepard under Free Readings and then 64 Free eBooks at the top. There are 63 other free ebooks you might find valuable. You have to become emotionally mature anyway so here's a chance. You should end up more mature than most parents or most people for that matter. We really can't rely on other people for our emotional security, so we have to develop our own. Can you see the wisdom in that? Emotions really guide us behind the scenes, so we need to understand them and then we won't be in their control, but they will be in our hands, our baby, so to speak to raise and develop. You'll love it. Keep reading the book until you get it real good, as it's the secret to life, pretty much, of course we are always learning.
