IBS-Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

You could always go to your doctor to make sure it is nothing more serious first. More than likely it is IBS. You need to keep track of your BM'S, see what food causes what and avoid those "trigger" foods. There is no treatment for IBS but here are some great tips.
-avoid fried foods
-avoid caffeine
-avoid sorbitol ( in most chewing gum)

Eat more fiber to help regulate your system and Immodium AD works miracles for those situations where you dont want to plan your day around trips to the toilet.

Just about anything, from a bacterial imbalance to Crohn's disease to irritable bowel syndrome to Giardia to viral gastroenteritis to...

Do you see my point? Have you been out of the country? It could be some kind of parasite. Did you drink water from a stream?

See your doctor. Diarrhea leads to dehydration and electrolyte imbalances and has such an affect on the lining of the bowel wall that it could ulcerate or worse.

you should've seen a doctor already. you could have colitis or inflammation of the colon, or even irritable bowel syndrome. talk to your doctor and tell him any other signs and symptoms accompanying your abdominal pain and diarrhea, also what triggers them (like eating certain foods or experiencing stressful situations). the abdomen is a big region that covers a lot of organs. talk to your doctor. he will probably recommend you to a gastroenterologists.
