pure vitamin c is vitamin c, no matter where it comes from. I could run synthetic and natural in a HPLC in the results would be the exact same. But if you like to waste your money on scams that get money from the unknowing public go ahead.
Just eat fruits and you won't have to worry about getting scurvy.

FYI. The body doesnt absorb vitamins in pill forms anywhere near as efficiently as it does when it gets it from a natural source (i.e. orange juice) So when you take a vitamin, and even though it contains the RDA, your really not getting as much of it as your body needs. Better to just drink a glass of OJ.

It is better to buy locally from the natural food stores in your city or town.
There is no waiting involved.
There are many name brands that are recognizable. If you buy these products personally, you can choose after reading the labels. You cant do this on line. Save yourself the mailing charges.

Google: Ester "C", which is the best form of the vitamin and is highly absorbable into your bloodstream.

health food stores and drug stores are cheaper and the vit c oranges lemons and real foods has more then the pills do.
