it doesnt hurt him but it was small one day but got bigger

He may have an abscess on his gum or in the jawbone. You will need to take him to the vet for an x ray to rule any other possibilities out. If it is an abscess and it bursts, the fluid from it can go through the blood stream and make him sick.
It is always best to get anything abnormal checked out.

Could be infected. Please get in touch with his vet to have them evaluate the situation further.
