I have been on the pill for 4-5 months and this time my period only last one day and there was a light flow.. is this something to worry about or is it semi normal? Generally since I started to take the pill I have had odd periods but they would last at least 3 days.

Ok, great.. sounds good. I was expecting more people to tell me to call my doctor.. I live in Greece and the medical system here is a little weird.. It's not so simple. I generally have light periods but the one day kinda surprised me. As long as nothing is wrong it's fine by me!!

Its normal. You should have nothing to worry about. This 1 day bleeding can be considered your period. When you miss 2 periods in a row, then you should be concerned.

Yes, the pill can make periods shorter for some women. On the issue of a one day period that doesn't sound normal so would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

Yep, mine do that do with the pill. It could be caused by stress. But it also could be that your body wasn't ready for a period.. plain and simple, but the pill kinda forced it. But I wouldn't worry about it. Good luck.

Am not surprised. I just started pill for one month and this month, my period lasted for 10 days....;-)
