i have a very tiny chest i want it bigger do you think going on the pill would help me ? if not any other ways to gain weight

Yes, the pill could make the area bigger (because of the hormones in the medication) but a doctor would need to find out what kind of a medical problem you have going on to cause this small chestedness (which can be because of a hormone imbalance) and also permission from your mom to give you a prescription for birth control pills.
Please discuss this issue further with your mom too and also your doctor when you go in for your next check up.

I know alot of younger girls want to be developed at your age because it attracts boys. The truth is the structure of your body comes from genetics. Your breast are not going to magically grow if you do take the pill. You may get bigger breast if you gain weight but then you'd be fat and that's not good. What you can do is get some nice padded bras from Victoria Secrets. It makes you look busty and makes you feel and look sexy and helps you feel more confident. The last resort would be of course to get plastic surgery but you shouldn't do that to your body unless you're absolutely certain.
