Sing. I know many people who studder like crazy when talking but can sing without missing a word...They eventually were able to talk just fine.

I used to studder, one of my teachers made me go to some special class(which i hated) where you just go and read out loud to a teacher and she would correct ever word you studdered or missed. It worked i guess, i dont studder anymore. You could try it, just get a good book and start reading out loud to yourself, and if you studder on a word then stop, and repeat the word until you say it correctly. Hopefully this gives you something to go off of.
