Example, on a Nautilus, when you are on the retract/release cycle, should I go back all the way such that the weights touch or should I pull up just a bit before? It is certainly tougher not to retract the whole way.

over the past 6months ive changed my eating habits and ive lost around 50-60 pounds. I have my family, friends and other people who i know ask me when they see me, are you eating? its really starting to make me mad.. ive had enough of it.. pretty soon im going to snap on the next person who says this to me. its so annoying. most people dont recognize me lol.... well i dont eat meat, swweets, and dairy products, and grain products. WHY ARE THESE STUPID PEOPLE asking me.. "Do you eat??"
whats a good response to this to make the person sound like an idiot for asking me this. i need sugestions. and like shitt why they even asking? is it because they wish they could loose this amount of weight tooo/? but they are to dam lazy to get off their fat asses and workout, and change their eating habits to get into shape?
when they ask me the question, i feel offended because yea i eat.. wtf.. stupid people

OK in my chest is a pain. It really hurts and it makes me kind of hard to breathe. I can breathe ok but it kind of is hard but just a bit. And my parents are asleep.

I have heard from several different people and websites that bob marley had a soccer accident and injured his toe, but for religious reasons wouldnt have it removed. The infection spread throughout his body and died.
But than I also heard that he had either a brain tumor or brain cancer.
And I've even heard he had a cancer in his toe which spread throughout his body and gave him his brain cancer.
PLEASE HELP IM SOOOOO CONFUSED!!!

I have been taking effexor since October and I am NOT swtching it is working great for me....the only downside is that i have gained something like 30 or 40 pounds!!!! I heard talk of some medications with counteract the symptom or that can take that weight off....ive tried diets so i know its not me just being a pig....some one help!!!!

We have had a long distance relationship for two years. He is always telling me what I need to do, but yet he is always angry. I am very forgiving of him when he is critical of me for stupid things I do, but his commits hurt me too. He never believes anything I tell him....he gets into these rages and repeadily tells me that I am lying and I'm not. In the beginning of the relationship he was a little jelous but not like he is now.

How can you tell when your first period ever is about to come? Does discharge stop? Will you have cramps in a certain area. I would like to know. Plz help me. I am so scared. I am 23, and I have 2-4 breast lumps. I had an ultrasound today (no mammogram because I'm under 30.) I know my odds are likely that they are not cancerous. Often I will see a very thin pregnant woman, belly hanging out with no stretchmarks whatsoever. If stretch marks are caused by skin stretching then wouldnt a thin persons skin have to stretch even more than a person who's skin was already stretched over some flab which would then cause stretch marks? I was medium sized at the beginning of my pregnancy and I got the worst stretch marks halfway up my abdomen, my friends sister who is stick thin has had 2 kids and has never had a stretch mark! How can this happen?

hello, i have a question concerning possible pregnancy. i started my period july 30 and i was still wearing a tampon on the august 7th because my periods usually last long but the last days are just a darker brownish discharge. my boyfriend and i dry humped on the 7th with all our clothes on and i had the tampon in. when we finished it felt a little damp there. he did not ejaculate but i'm wondering if pre-ejaculatory fluids could have possibly gone through enough for me to worry about pregnancy??? I started my birth control the next day and took two pills and two the next day as well since i didn't start them the exact day i should have. the brownish discharge continued until about the 9th or tenth. could that have just been from me messing my pills up? or could i possibly be pregnant?
