The same thing that happens to you when you have one !!! and yes they can fake the Moan's and groans ! the sounds they make can be fake !! but you can tell by the body movements or the muscles , the legs will tighten up or be stiff !! just like when you tighten up your muscles , you sure don't looked relaxed !!

Well there is no checklist to see if she is faking it, but a good sign is "wetness", but the best thing is to ask honestly. Girls desire intimacy by far the most. If there is open communication between you two then she will tell you what works and doesn't work. If you want to know for her and not for your own ego then she will feel safe to say.

some woman do, but i thnkg its rare. this is kind of funny....my boyfriend read in a playboy magazine that when a woman has a orgasim her nipples will get soft (if they were hard obviously) so we tried it and it happened everytime.
