if you're that constipated, you'll be more glad to get the relief than the little discomfort that 'll go away after you do it,
just relax & put in it. Nothin to it! try to wait a few minites, RELAX, that's the main thing , sounds like you're panicking. do the suppository or if you keep on i'v e heard of people having to go to the hospital for an impactoin. ;ouch!
you''ll get over it. & get on metamucil or citracel, it will regulate you & give you extra fiber...fruits & raw foods A+.
I take it it is a glycerin suppository? a prescription sup,(bisocodyl),is good too, & when it's over w./ getting the tabs, will help clean you out! but go do the glycerin supp. If you just have to let it out early,, do another one ...it wont hurt anythig..if you want, y;ou can soften it up by rolling it up in your hands, or putting a little vit,e,,*(stick a pin init, it'lll soothe you & it 's good for you too) Or just some kinda oil.
If you really want to go & get a good cleaning, get the drugist to show you the drinkable stuff,it'll make you go in 6.or, 7 hrs.& epson salts, (same ingrediant) & milk of magnesia

If you have a suppository, read the directions, they are very easy to use. Most suppositories melt when warmed up, which is what the human body does when the suppository is inserted. If you feel like you need some help, you don't need your mom, just use a littel vaseline, petroleum jelly, baby oil, etc. gently lubricate the tip of the suppository after foil is taken off. lie on your side and gently sllide it in. Most of the time you will need to leave it in for up to 10 minutes if possible, mayby 5 will work, but stay close to the bathroom. The longer you leave it in, the better chance you have of it working.
Untill I had my hysterectomy because of fibroids, and bleeding ovarian cysts, I suffered excrutiating constipation, but I also take large amounts of methadone for back pain which is constipating like all opiates. You don't have to take fruit or juice for constipation. Other good sources are plain fiber. Eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, drink prune juice, plenty of water, 8-10 glasses at least, there are also herbal teas that will help you go to the bathroom, and may cause diaherrea. You don't sound like you are very old, and constipation should not be a regular problem at your age, 20 or less unless it is diet related. Adjust your diet, and constipation will be a thing of the past. Good luck with the suppository. It is never good to depend on suppositories or laxatives, they can be habit forming.

The author of this question is probably a stupid wind-up merchant, and an adult at that.
So here's a stupid, adult "wind-up" answer:-
Try visiting my ex-boyfriend in Shalford and asking him to insert it, he'll show you an unorthodox way to do it!

You have asked this FIVE times in the last 2 hours. Read your answer.
Put it in yourself or have your mother do it. It's up to you.
Now, stop asking this and go do it.
