over the past 6months ive changed my eating habits and ive lost around 50-60 pounds. I have my family, friends and other people who i know ask me when they see me, are you eating? its really starting to make me mad.. ive had enough of it.. pretty soon im going to snap on the next person who says this to me. its so annoying. most people dont recognize me lol.... well i dont eat meat, swweets, and dairy products, and grain products. WHY ARE THESE STUPID PEOPLE asking me.. "Do you eat??"
whats a good response to this to make the person sound like an idiot for asking me this. i need sugestions. and like shitt why they even asking? is it because they wish they could loose this amount of weight tooo/? but they are to dam lazy to get off their fat asses and workout, and change their eating habits to get into shape?
when they ask me the question, i feel offended because yea i eat.. wtf.. stupid people

Having lost 34lbs in 9 1/2 weeks, I have had similar responses from friends family and co-workers. It's all in the territory. People will say that to indirectly tell you that you look good and "how do you do it?". However, most people are too embarassed or "cool" to ask you in a proper way so they make a joke out of it.

I would just ignore them or give them a smile and say, "Actually, I eat about 6-7 times a day, about every 3 hours. I love food!"

Whatever you have been doing is working, concentrate on your focus and forget about these unmotivated slackers. Keep doing your thing :-)

Well when you lose such a drastic amount of weight, you got to expect people questioning you.

It isnt like you lost a few pounds, but you lost a lot so of course a lot of people will be concerned and curious.

If you were overweight and lost 50+ pounds thats great. If you were'nt thats a lot of weight to lose and they are probably concerned for you health. You didn't mention your height/weight which would probably help out.

tell her to discover some new acquaintances. She sounds loopy. hi, i in my opinion have OCD. The Abilify made it worse. My psychologist reported Risperidal. I took it whilst i grow to be 18. It made me drained and depressed, so I refuse the Risperidal. i like the voices. a minimum of somebody talks to me. Oh, and of direction there is my boyfriend. yet he's often out, and he would not say plenty.

Every time you see these people say, Know what I ate today and tell them about each meal and be serious about it. Do this to the point that it annoys them, maybe then they will get the point.

You could try "Not at the moment but..." then give them a long boring description of your last meal or your next meal. Or you could say " Not like the out-of-control hog I used to be, how are you?"
And congratulations on changing your lifestyle.

I get this alot.
It's annoying as hell isn't it.
I just want to ask them - " do you ever STOP eating?!"
But of course you can't because of bloody double standards.

Just ignore them, you probably have a better figure than them. Embrace it.
