Personally, I am having problems with acne too. I've save up a bit of money and recently, I've been getting facials. I think facials really help because the estheticians cleans and extracts all the nasty stuffs you can think of from your skin. After a few frequent visits, you can ask your estheticians to advise you on products which you can use. It is very important to use the right product for your skin. It's advisable to maintain facial sessions and usually, you only have to return once a month for maintenance. I've only been getting 2 facials and so far, my skin has become less bumpy and I can see my pores tighten up and getting smaller. Personally, I think facials are worth it but it's a bit pricy. Medications take time to work but the person has to keep their hands off their face. Soap and water and time works best, using peroxide on a cotton ball on the oily areas.
