I'm just curious to see how many other's out there take massages seriously for their health and relaxation.
I get them twice per week, or atleast once a week

i give my self a foot spa after every long day and get a massage once every 2 weeks hehe, i find relaxation is rily important in healing and dealing with chronic diseases (ive got rheumatoid arthritis) =D it helps with pain and it feels calming.

After two serious car crashes I turned to massage therapy for relief. I was getting two or so a week. It did help a lot with the immediate pain but didn't have any long term effect. As far as reflexology -- I'm related to two people who are practicioners and have recieved several treatments from them. Again it helps with immediate pain and or feels good but I doubt the long-term effect.

I have used both methods before but not on a daily basis or even weekly basis even though I have found both to be helpful in the past.
