Hi Trini,

Definitely get a pregnancy test, so that you know for sure what steps to take. I really hope you are not pregnant as I read that you are under 15. I'm almost twice as old as you and even though I am married, and educated, financially I am not ready. It's good that you are aware of what's going on with your body. I encourage you to write all this stuff down in a personal calender so that you will know what your body is trying to say to you. Every girl has her own rhythm, and since you haven't had your period for too long, your body is still getting used to a pattern. It took me years before my body became consistent, and even now if I am stressed or sick it changes. If you are interested in how the body works, start reading and educating yourself about it. The teen section of your local bookstore/library should have what you are looking for. It's really empowering when a girl knows about herself, how she works from the inside out. Take care and Good luck!

P.S. Take pre-cautions and Use Contraceptives.

Edit: I re read your post and I realize your younger sister is 15, so I apologize for my mistake. Even so, everything said applies. Peace.

Insomnia or lack of sleep can throw your body completely off! TRy to get more sleep. Your body is like a machine, it needs rests and time to heal if you have done exercise or whatever your day cycle is.

NOt much information whether you should be pregnant or not, but if you think you need to take a pregancy test, then do it- it might be some signs of beign pregnant.

Its really depending on your age and what your going through as well..

Good luck and Get some sleep!!!!!

Stress can cause our periods to be messed up such as by being delayed or affect the amount of flow with the period regardless of whether the thing causing the stress is good or bad.

if there is a reason to get a pregnancy test, (if your having sex with a weak dude who miscaculated the next to the last pump then yes) hopefully for you its what your friend had
