You do have to evaluate your "sleep habits". Try to go to bed at the same time every night, don't watch TV or do activities. But nutritionally, the best thing is 1) B Complex and 2) a Calcium/Magnesium combination. Some people have luck with Valerian, but many people have weird dreams when they take it. I suggest doing the B and Cal/Mag first. You'll be amazed. Is there undue stress in your life? If you're like most of us, there is a lot of daily stress. The B Complex will help your body deal with that.

If you need more info on the best supplier of these (make sure you can trust the supplier of natural supplements because many times supplier do not insure that the supplement is safe/pure or even included in the amount as stated on the label.

In Australia there is a product called Sleep Aid - I use 1/4 of a tablet most nights and my Doctor says it is quite safe as it is really just an antihistamine?

first thing is the diet before sleeping the diet should be good it should not be very heavy..dont watch too much t.v before sleeping..take a walk in the park before sleeping so it refresh your mind before you go to bed..try meditation and do wrokout in the morning..if that all doesnt work there is a thing i know psychologist told it to me..to do this first make your room temprature perfect, than close your eyes and start imagine about a place where there are lot of mountains and its snowing out there than take some deep breaths after 15-20 minutes youll be sleeping if you dont have insomnia..but if you have insomnia go to a doctor..the one i told you really works..

Try to relax. No heavy exercise, a light walking stroll might help. Come back home and drink some camomille or peppermint hot tea. Read a book. And always relax. Take care.

Benadryl. It's made from dyphenhydramine. It'll help you fall asleep, without that groggy feeling in the morning. Start with 25mg first, if you need a little more, you can go up to 50mg. It helps you fall asleep, not keep you asleep.
