As much as you need to wake up refreshed. Could be 6 hours or 8 hours. Even a few minutes of sleep (power naps) can refresh you wonderfully. Learn the art of power napping. Best of luck.

U have to have at least 4 hours of sleep but it is good to get 6-9 hours of sleep .
