ok after MANY attemts to put in a tampon, many painful and grossed out moments, i finally did it. i found the right spot and slid it in. but i could feel it and it wasnt comfy. i think i just need to put it up just a LITTLE more before taking off the cardboard. but wat i need to know is if its ok to use the smallest kind there are. i am using the smallest kind in the brand of tampax, but i havee such a HEAVY period so i dont think the lights will work for me. i had to oull the tampon out cuz it was in wrong and it hurt but it wasnt cuz it was dry: cuz it was the first time that thing waz in there. but it had lotsof blood and was only there for like 5-10min. i cant use super and stuf cuz i can like only fit a small junior one down there so i was wondering if its ok. like i dont want tss and i dont want leaking in the pool. im going to the mts today and i wanna swim.

I have a friend who has a failing heart valves. He seems always over the years to be clearing his lungs. I am thinking it must be his heart failing and putting water in his lungs. He's in good Health but this seems worse.

HI

Ive got gallstones and in four months have really suffered inc Losing my unborn baby ive had pancreatitis and acute colysistitus all from my gallbladder attacks and i live on 3 slices of dry toast a day!
Trouble is im terrified of having an opertaion ive never had one before and i keep worrying i wont wake up i also smoke which i knwo i shouldnt and again this causes me worry but at this stresfull time im smoking more!
has anyone had there galblader removed and was it easy?
And how long were you in surgery for ?

i have just removed the question i posted this morning iask why people with diabetes who cant work because they are not allowed to work because of very narrow minded employers who seem to think that they have some form of nasty disease i am surprised by some of the answers most seem to suggest we use diabetes as an excuse not to work some may but mostly we want to get back to work are some of these people answering this question the people who do not want to employ diabetics?

Would your stretch marks go away once you get a little skinnier and taller? My sister is only 14 and she is 5"2. She weights 124 pounds and shes a little chunky but not all that fat. She has stretch marks behind her legs lik where your knee is at but at the back. Thats why she doesnt really like to wear shorts a lot. And if anything, is there any way she can cover them like when she goes to the beach or sumthing to not show. Any help plz thankz!!!

I know this person and she's had a lesion for about 7 years now and nothing has happend, maybe she had it for longer... But recently she went to get a urine and blood test.. the blood test came out fine everything good and there were signs of blood in the urine. she went to get it x-rayed and she got the results and they found and nodule on the lesion on the kidney. The doctor said it's best to operate both of them. But can it be cancerous?

Besides using tampons and moon cups, any other ways to go swimming when having a HEAVY peirod? i know pads soak all water so that just wont work...but maybe some of oyu altheltic girlies know any tricks you used to go swimming...like maybe even some used BEFORE ppl used tampons...sorry but i am going on vaca and want to swim

it would drive me crazy. my brain felt like i was in a time warp and a thousand problems just kept going through my head. i would be dreaming but still awake and my parents would try and calm me down. id be talkin crazy stuff. id get up to try and walk it off and go to the toilet in case i have to throw up but id still be dreaming and panicking. all these problems rushed through my head. sometimes a thousand numbers would appear coming from all directions and i would panic. i remember one time my sister helped me fall back to sleep only to wake up realizing the same thing is happening still and i would then get upset. is there a name for this?

ok i'm going 2 the mts for vaca and like tampons dont work for me. YES, i have the smallest size, YES I have tampax with the cardboard thing (its wayyy too late to get plastic but now i know) but it just wont work. i think im gonna try another time. i even asked my mom and she SHOWED me. i think it might just be me. i did research and read the instructions. BELIEVE ME...it just wont work right now. and i hear that a pad will like become a diaper like thing in the water. so i was just wondering...whats a mooncup really? is it real? Does it work? She got in to a car accident and she is currently living in TX and I'm in NJ she doesn't have anybody just her Mom . and evrytime I talk to her I don't know what to say...because she is really depress.
