I had been a team manager and one of my team was diagnosed with cancer. (don't know what type) She began to suffer a lot of pain mainly in her back, tiredness etc. Didn't receive a lot of help from Dr's so searched the web for info. Found advice that with certain cancers a reduction of oestrogen which was in most dairy products made real difference as apparently this feeds certain cancers. She checked her diet and cut out all items with this ingredient. I was truly stunned at the change in this lady and how her health and mobility improved very quickly. I am not saying this is a cure but can't understand why this is not widely known or is it just that I did not know about it. Have lost a large number of family to this disease. So has anyone heard this before?

ok...I am going on a trip to the mts with my sis and dad (my parents are divorced, but i live mostly with my mom) and we are going swimming and rafting and stuff, and guess wat? its the 3rd day of my peirod! (me:"why NOW?") and its heavy too! I tried using tampons like all night last night after doing like alot of research and asking my mom before she went to bed and reading the instructions. My mom bought them for me last night, the small tampax ones, and i just cant use them. i dont think i;m ready. i'm only 13 and i have had my peirod for a little more than a year. but i was wondering if its ok to put a pad with no wings on a bathing suit? i know you dont bleed in the water, but when i get out thats what i'm worried about. but we only bought pads with wings and it would be so embarrassing to wear those, so i begged my mom to tell work its am emergency and buy me some before i leave (at one) and she said no.

im going to the dentist today to ask if i can get braces.....im scared as i've heard they really hurt to get put in.......what will she do today(will she just look and make another appointment?) and does it really hurt to get braces?????

hello,
my dad has had severe pain in his right hand, and he has been to the doctor and a physio therapist, he says it has aggravated it even more after the physio. he finds it hard to move his hands, and its got something to do with the nerves. he says the pain comes in waves, its fine and then all of a sudden the shooting pain comes. he is 43 years old, an airline pilot. the pain is unbearable, he cant sleep at nights, it has also affected his neck, but its not that bad, something becuase the nerves are connected or something. please help, he is pain, please can u tell me what i can do, a diagnose possibly, some remedie or even a reply.

I was wondering if you can still use tampons if u are a virgin. Does it hurt and will it make u lose ure virginity - or break your hymen thing?
