I work from 6pm to 12am. I want to change my hours to 3pm till 9pm. The reason being, is because I get depressed when everyones sleeping and im awake and vice versa. My husband is over in iraq and im feeling alone. But my boss will not take that for a valid reason. What do you think I should tell her why I want to get my scheduale changed? If i say im taking classes, shes the type that would want to see proof.

I was at my grandma's house for 2 weeks, away from my idiot brothers, and one night we were just sitting there and she said that her great-grandma lived to be 104(my grandma is 64 and works out every day, so don't call her crazy!) She said that every time she went to her house she pretty much didn't eat or drink there. Her grandma didn't believe in refridgoration, so she left water, milk, and other foods and drinks sitting on the counter. She actually drank them too! My grandma said she was a wise grandma, and said that she said that cold water was a shock to your body, and room temperature and warm water were better for you. Now people, this is 104 years old! Maybe you don't have to drink warm milk, but just room temperature and warm water and I garuntee you will live longer. Have you heard of this before?

I started my period June 28th. Do you count 28 days from when it started, or when it stopped? I haven't gotten mine yet and I'm worried. Im a virgin, so it rules out that. And is it normal to have your period irregular when it first starts?

How does taking a bath in ice help you? like i just got home from a 2 hours volleyball practice and i am going to be so sore...i'm sore right now and i heard that you can take a freezing cold bath and put a little ice in the cold water...does that work to help not be so tense or something?

My friend has chromes disease and is very frustrated with it. I wish i knew what to say to her to help her feel better but everytime she has to go to the hospital is just makes her feel worse and worse. She feels like she has to give up on her life (not in a suicide kind of way) inorder to deal with chromes. She finds it hard to keep up with her friends and family becasue she is always in the hospital or getting blood transfusions. Any advice on how i can help her?

Like if you paid for a counseling session, & the counselor blamed you for all your problems & made it like you were the cause & didn't tell you how to cope with your problems?

That has happened to me before, & I felt ripped off. Well I guess I should consider the source since she was a counselor "in training". I have a counseling session today that I have to pay for, & I'm afraid to go because of that.

OHHHHH! He is making me crazy and sad.Please take a peek at my question from a few days ago.I didnt have enough room to write everything here.Here are some of the things that he says to me when I break up with him.What do you think?:
