owww. sorry, but go to a doctor, you could have damaged your hearing.

You should probably go to the doctor and have them remove it. Never use tweezers or other objects not meant for the ear. You can run the risk of damaging or bruising your eardrum by sticking things in too far or things that don't belong. Also, if you wet it, the cotton may be easier to remove with the weight of the water. Good luck.

I would not go sticking anything in your ear trying to get it out, because you may go too far and cause permanent damage and you may have pushed the cotton bud further down your ear canal by using those tweezers. I would give your Dr. a call and have him or her pull it out. They have the proper instruments to use to get it out, without damaging your ear.

im sorry to hear this, but you have got to see a doctor as soon as possible.
lol. im sorry. this happened to my sister 2 years ago. she kept complaining that there was 'water' stuck in her ear. even though the cotton was still there, she could hear quite properly. and recently, the cotton came out. it was brown and kinda stinky. the result, my sister's ear started bleeding for a little while. it still hurts her now. act fast =)

sigh...this is not what you wanted to hear, I am sure, but you really should see a doctor. They have way long instruments meant just for this occasion ...oh,and stop sticking those things so far down there.

of course, like everybody is saying, it's probably best to go to the doc. but you could also try to put something sticky in it. maybe you could tip a Q-tip into honey, then stick it in your ear and hope it sticks. (be careful not to push it in further!)
good luck!

go to the doctor and have them flush out your ear.
