Make sure you're getting enough sleep at night (7-9 hours for an adult, more for teens and children). Try doing some stretches and take a shower to refresh yourself. Some people swear by caffeine (coffee or tea). Music with an upbeat rhythm/tempo helps too. Having a good breakfast will also help as it gives you back your energy for the day.

Hi,
There are a few things that one can do to get up fresh in the morning-
* have a good 8 hour sleep
* have an early night
* donot take coffee/tea before going to sleep
* have a regular exercise schedule in the morning
* try taking a light dinner 2 hours before going to sleep
* try breathing yoga exercises in the morning.
Regards

Have a routine written down that includes getting up at the same time everyday, some easy, gentle stretching, a shower, positive thoughts, coffee, and a healthy breakfast. Stay with it until it's habit (this is the hard part). With a morning routine, you get what you need to get done efficiently, and you really don't even have to "think" about it. Good luck!

Maybe you could go to sleep on a regular schedule and start a sleep ritual like warm bath, no TV, read a book, do something soothing, listen to jazz or whatever type music you like that is not going to make you want to get up and dance. They have these portable waterfalls with candles that could soothe you and help you rest. I hope this helps you. Sweet dreams...

You wake up at 6 o'clock and running for one hour on the street. Finally take a shower and a good breakfast.

You can set up 3 alarm clocks each with 5 minutes time difference. Believe me, this works.
