You are generally mature when you don't need to ask if you are. You don't need anyone elses opinions or approval and you are comfortable in your own skin.

There is no such thing. Today modern society places great emphasis on going to school, taking care of finances, having kids, getting that good job, good wife/husband etc.
You can do all these things and still be an utter failure. What about spiritual growth, emotion wellbeing, Native Americans talk about the wheel alot. Basicaly what that means. Give time to everything. Be happy be sad, Go to your place of worship (even if for you it is watching the sunset) Work, learn love but never anything in excess

well,first i would change your name,it dooesnt give off a hint of maturity,mature is being able to take control of your own life,decisions,financial,love,all the gambit of the human condition.to have a rational conversation,,even at the worst of times,to accept responsibility for your actions,to stand up to adversity,to respect the opinion of others even if you are opposed to them,im sure you will do fine,you had enough sense to ask the question.good luck!

Another word for "mature" is "ripe". Humans are like any other living thing in that we ripen with age. Therefore, when you start getting wrinkles, you are mature. When you are covered in wrinkles you are over-ripe (like a prune)
