Do you have to get a pap smear every time you go?
I've been on birth control for about 4 years.
To regulate my period.
I used to go once a year to get a pap test and refill my birth control.
Well, I recently moved, and have only one month supply of birth control and am making an appointment to the Capital Woman's Care.
I was just wondering if I have to get a pap done?
Or can I just refill my birth control?

I always wake up in the middle of the night with a VERY itchy throat, nose, and ears. I also notice that during these attacks my soft palate becomes bumpy and I can run my tongue over it and it feels like sand paper. It drives me absolutely insane... It is the bane of my existence. I take Claratin and spray cloroseptic which calms it down only slightly but still drives me nuts. What can I do to stop this?

Last night I got HORRIBLE pains in the center/right of my chest . I have gotten these pains only 3 or 4 times over the past few years. It is always followed by late night eating (last night was an apple fritter). My question is.. is this just heart burn? How do you know if you have a gallblatter issue? I am assuming that if you have gallblatter problems that you would have pain everytime you ate "poorly". The few times it has happened has been in the middle of the night. I read up on the symptoms of gallblatter disease and I don't seem to have a lot of them. The pain does radiate under my right breast. BUT 2 Malox and 30 minutes later I am fine. Anyone have any input??? Thanks!

I am not sure if it is just in my head or not. Sleeplessness at night, fatigue during the day, blurred vision, lack of interest in sex, crying spells... The blurred vision is the most obvious change. Could the effects of the medication be seeping through his pores or something? Or is this just in my head?

Hello. I am 22 years old and have been on the pill for about 4 years now. I missed a pill a few days ago, took it that night when i remembered and then took the pill the regular time the next day. I have not had sex since the missed pill and I don't usually miss pills. Well yesterday I started having dark brown spotting and really bad cramps. I'm not supossed to start my period for a week.
Is it due to the missed pill or could I be pregnant? Kinda freaking out here.

I want to know what could be a reason for me not getting my period. I'm 16 now and had my first period when I was 14, 2 years ago...and it's been very irregular. I had it every 5-6 months or so..and the last time I had it was 6 months ago. I've also lost alot of weight since last year. I am 5'1", small boned, and weigh 95 pounds. I was 110 last year and according to my Mom, I'm not getting my period because I have too little body fat. Is this true or could there be other reasons? If so, what are they?

My period has ALWAYS been abnormal so would gaining some fat make it normal?? My Mom also refuses to take me to a gynecalogist because she believes if I gain fat and be 110 pounds again, I'll get my period... do you need fat to get your period? Do skinny people get their periods? What other reasons could be for me not getting my period? Is 95 pounds too little?

Ok let me share the story with you... I usually start my period on the 25 th, althought about 2 yrs ago i wouldnt start until the 30th. But the last 2 yrs ive been starting onthe 25th, here it is the 28th and i have not started yet. Do you think i may be pregnant or is it possible i just have not started yet? Im not on any Birth Control and we use condoms everytime. Let me know how has it work'd with you in the past has this happened before and you still started your period but just a lil late?

She is imunosupressed and she has an infected cut in her mouth. She will be going to the dr,I was just wondering how these types of infections are cleared up.
