Water pills are for getting rid of excess fluid in the body.

If you retain fluids, then yes they will help you lose weight, because you will be getting rid of the fluid which can weigh as much as 14 lbs or more in some cases.

If you intend using them, then make sure you drink plenty of fluids and check that they are not going to react with any other meds you might be taking.

No idea.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

These pills simply remove water from your body through urinating. Taking water pills to help with weight loss is not a good idea. It will only cause you to temporarily lose water weight. Plus it can be dangerous as you may become dehydrated.

If u r referring to diuretics, they r typically prescribed for ppl with hypertension. They make u P a lot, which theoretically lowers blood pressure.
The only weight you'll lose is water weight which is not going to be more than a lb. or so and it won't last.
Better to eat a balanced diet and get regular exercise.

They make you pee... a lot. My mom had to take them(prescription) because she retained a lot of water and it made her have to pee all the time. It helped her, though!
