It all happened when i sat on a chair one night and i felt a second of unreality. I feel like i wasn't myself. I felt like my spirit / soul / whatever inside me was leaving me. I got really scared but the feeling is quite hard to describe, so i couldnt tell my parents about it. This is the nearest description i can give. Does anyone know anything about this illness of mine?

I manage to do about 1000 a day but then have days where i binge and go way over, but how can i adjust to go back to eating 1500 without putting weight on? Will my metabolism freak out?!

I have had my first panic attack at the end of last year. And that led to my constant reminder to myself of that incident and the possibility that it might occur again. Sometimes, the thought of this itself would induce a panic attack. At other times, i always feel like i can't breathe enough or my body "forgets to breathe" for a moment. My mind then recalls the first panic attack i had (when i had shortness of breath and felt like i couldn't breathe properly). This has been happening for quite some time now, every now and then, in fact, every day. Yesterday, I had a really bad panic attack. I started to feel like i don't have enough air. And then the thought of possible death led to the panic attack. I'm really scared and paranoid. I don't want to die and i want to be well again, just like anyone else. Help! ):

I'm a 20 year old guy , and I live in Holland. I've been so depressed.I used to live on the island of Curacao . I had a "life" there , a car , was going to college. My biggest dream, was to finish my degree in IT , then go to Cuba or Puerto Rico , to study and pursue a carreer in music. Things weren't going so well in college, i lacked motivation so I decided to come here and live on my own , and finish college here in Holland. Been a year now, and I'm so depressed. I got no life here, I never go out, I don't got any friends. I was thinking of going back to my island and get college over with , so I can work on my dream of hopefully become a prof. musician. My dad don't like that idea so much, cuz he sais i'm in Europe now, and I got a once in a lifetime opportunity to explore the world outside Curacao. But the thing is, I don't feel comfortable here in Holland. Of course I wanna explore the world, that's what life's all about.But I'm young right? I don't know what to do, please help.

The cysts I have are only around my pubic region and on my inner theighs. The ones on my inner theighs are very painful. I have tried something called clindamycin phosphate which is a skin antibiotic that I just rub on. It doesnt work. I havent really tried any other remedies. I walk to and from work, and am on my feet the whole time at work. It seems to be irritating it more. I don't have medical insurance, so I can't visit the doctor. I am willing to pay any money for anything that will work. Can anyone help me???

What is wrong with my Dad? Last night he was vommiting flem and had all the symtons of a heart attack so my Mom called 911 even thought my Dad didnt want her too. When the ambulance got here they took alot of test and everything turned out good but they asked him if he wanted to go with them to the hospital. My dad was having a panic attack and said no. My Dad also was very dizzy after the abulance left. Now today he was eating and after one bite he was coughing alot and his face turned bright red and his chest locked up again. Is this hte begining stages of a heart attack or is it sometihng with digestion? Hesa about to go to the docter but im just worried.

Also, which ones don't leave a sticky or greasy residue on your hands?

I used to use Purell original formula and liked it because it was effective, soft on my hands (didn't dry it out, burn it, or leave a stinging sensation), and didn't leave ANY residue (not even the slightest bit) on my hands.

But now I can't use Purell anymore b/c I believe they changed the formula and now it dries out my skin, burns it, and make my skin sting for about 24 hours.

I have been using Purell everyday for about 5 years and now I can't use it anymore.

I am taking care of this little old 89 yr old man who has burns to his face from radiation treatments. His face is peeling off, red and bleeding and looks terrible. They stopped the treatments for a week and plan to resume. I thought about washing his face with wound cleanser. I am a cancer RN, but since I have never experienced this myself, I am not sure what helps the most.
Any ideas?
