Both are good for you, both have fiber and natural sugar that will satisfy you, and raisins are a great source of iron, which an apple doesn't have. Why not try alternating them every other day?

NO. A raw apple (even with skin) has low calories and natural sugars and is very healthy for you. Did you know eating apples helps cleans teeth/gums? Also lowers cholesterol, detoxifys the body, helps digestion - constipation, and is GREAT for fiber. Which we need fiber everyday - helps our digestion and also keeps us "full".
Raisins are known as "nature's candy" They're one of the most nutritious dried fruits in the world.
Here's a site with nutritional values: Hope this helps! So i say eat both!

Well, one thing is for sure: the apple will be a lot more filling for the same number of calories than the raisins.

Both are healthy, but raisins have more calories.
But pay attention, many raisins have a lot of pesticides in their peel. Apple have too, but you can peel them.

I think so, plus an apple has more fiber and will keep you full longer.
