Hey, just before you start to think i'm a murderer asking this, i need to know this as i am writing a novel and i want to know if it is possible or too far-fetched lol.

So, if a fifteen-year-old caucasian boy, who was in top physical shape, played heaps of sport and worked out so was therefore muscular, and buff in the shoulders, weighed about 120lbs, was shot in the chest/shoulder/collar area by i guess, your average sized handgun, from about 5m away, would it kill him? If his health was weak as in he was asthmatic and had had many operations in his life. And if when he was shot, he fainted but did not stop breathing and was not reached by ambulance assistance for about 15minutes? However, was able to have pressure applied to the wound by non-medic people present to help prevent blood loss?
Would he die? And if so of what exactly? Blood loss? Shock? And how quickly?

Please help me!
I will appreciate everyones answers!

Has anyone on here ever had a breast reduction? Do you regret it? How did the operation go? How long did it take to recover?
I am a 34J and have severe back pains, my spine is beginning to bend and I really struggle to buy clothes and bras. I know I should go and get them reduced but am really scared of the pain and any problems I may have after.

I am addicted to caffeine and I want to know how much I can drink in a day. I drink the 375ml diet coke, I drink between 4 to 10 cans a day depending on how stressed out I am. I have tried giving it up but I got headaches, get very stressed and anxious but as soon as I drank a mouthful I felt it all lift.

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia - i have black floaters in my eyes and raised veins in both hands -apparently i have this in my neck and it causes a throbbing pain in my head.Does anyone suffer from this and can anyone recommend anything that helps the pain .Finally is there a cure for this or is it something once diagnosed its with you for life?

so i woke up today to find out my discharge was gone my vagina is just moist my underwear dont even have discharge marks on them i usaully get a discharge every 7 mins but now i dont have any discharge today
i hads sign yesterday like cramps i would have my period today

Why do I hate going 2 the doctors? most of them look so unhealthy and it's so hard 4 me to take advice from someone like that. I hate going to the dr.s and it's so horribe cause I have to everytime when my kids get sick.

After I have intercourse it hurts for me to use the bathroom. We have vaginal sex. The sex is great and he gets the job done. Sometimes it is a little rough but we both love it. Could it be that he is how should i say it, hitting the cervix to hard and that’s why it hurts after wards? Also I get a pain in my side like above my ovary. I have the ovary pain whether we have sex or I masturbate. Anyone know the answer? I dont have any stds and lubrication is fine.

Does anyone know about a drink that is supposed to be REALLY good for you which consists of a mixture of grape juice and either apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar and something else? I'd like to know what the actual ingredients are and the measurements of each ingredient if anyone knows.
Also, how much and how often does one consume this drink? What are the health benefits? I have also heard that drinking olive oil is great for dry skin....I have VERY dry skin...how does one choke the olive oil down w/out getting sick? Do you mix it w/something or just drink it straight? (I don't think I could do that)

I had surgery on the 14, i had arthroscopic surgery on the left side of my left knee to do a lateral release and also they had to cut about a 5 inch incision on the other side of my knee for some ligament repair.

but my question is.....Why would the little baby holes for the arthroscopic surgery hurt more than the large incision?????

They are killing me! i had it checked out for infection and its fine. but why do they hurt so bad?
