You wont die of thirst I waranty you that, I don't know what kind of changes you expected but remember that our body is made up of mostly water, so it's a good idea to drink plenty of water, but don't overdue it, your kidneys may not be as happy with your extra water ingestion.. :-)

you probably don't because you see your self every day so you the see the gradual change. but people who haven't seen you in a while probably will notice. also i think you are supposed to drink 8 glasses a day and 2 months may be too soon to notice a change. do you feel better?

what you were expecting?
2 liters of water a day is normal consumption!
Of course you can tolerate 1/2 lower and higher than this but, normally 2 liters is a daily consumption of healthy people.

If you're doing it to lose weight, you need to cut about 500 calories a day out of what you're eating now and walk about an hour a day. Drinking more water isn't enough.

Without the water, you would have noticed a real change: you'd have turned into raisin, all dried out, wrinkled and dehydrated!
